| Kevin W. Cheney President kevin@gmcsvt.com 802.363.4535 Kevin Cheney has over 16 years experience in the Security, Crowd Management and Event Management fields, including the last 13 as the president and CEO of Green Mtn. Concert Services, Inc. His extensive knowledge of event management practices and unique ability to adapt to unforeseen situations has helped to make him and his company a valuable asset to the crowd management and security industry. With a background that includes personal and company-wide security work on tour with musical artists, Phish, the USTA Federation Cup, the Burlington Discover Jazz Festival, ESPN, Burton Snowboards, and countless other companies and events, Cheney has a wealth of experience upon which to draw. His good nature, unique business philosophies and overall company leadership are key reasons GMCS has grown to become a leader in the Security and Event Management field. His professionalism and “no excuses” mentality are mantras he instills in all his staff, and are welcomed assets during collaborative efforts with state and local police, the DLC and other municipal officials. Kevin has attended the IAAM’s International Crowd Management Conference (2002 – 2007,) and received a national certification from the IAAM’s Academy for Venue Safety & Security. Additionally, he is a Vermont State certified trainer in security and temporary traffic control. Kevin has also completed an Executive Protection course offered by R.L. Oatman & Associates in 2002 in Towson, Maryland. Closer to home, Kevin serves on the board of directors for First Night Burlington, and is a founding member of the White Ribbon Campaign of Vermont. Kevin currently resides in Hinesburg, VT with his wife, Michele, and their two children. Jeremy H. Spaulding Jeremy H. Spaulding has been with GMCS since PHISH’s Lemonwheel in August of 1998. Jeremy is a graduate of the University of Vermont, and has worked in both retail management and as a paralegal. While with the company, Jeremy has advanced through the ranks becoming the Mobile Office Supervisor in 2001 for events that have included Bonnoroo Music Festival, ESPN’s Great Outdoor Games, Phish’s IT and Coventry festivals, Berkshire Mtn. Music Festival, and Gathering of the Vibes. In June of 2004 Jeremy took over the responsibilities as GMCS Vice President of Human Resources, as a full time position. Brian Hadley Brian Hadley has been with GMCS since 2001 as security staff, quickly moving up the ladder to Senior Supervisor. He has been an integral part of many of the company’s largest events, including the first two Bonaroo festivals, Phish’ Coventry event and several Gathering of the Vibes. Brian’s extensive event experience includes over 20 years as Traffic & Safety Chief for the nationally known Grey Fox Bluegrass Festival. He is also Volunteer Coordinator for Grey Fox. He has previously served as Associate Director of Operations for Burlington’s Discover Jazz Festival and as Sales Director at First Night Burlington. Brian also brings expertise from his consulting business, which focuses on outdoor music festivals and events as experiential marketing. He is a graduate of the State University of New York at Plattsburgh, with a B.A. in Communications/Mass Media.
