Green Mtn. Concert Services is looking for team members who bring a great attitude to whatever they do. We’ll provide the skills and knowledge you’ll need to deliver quality crowd management, private security, event support and traffic control services to our client partners.

Our “ladder of advancement” means that you begin your partnership with GMCS as a Provision Staff Partner until you are licensed. As a Staff Partner you can participate in the full range of assignments. As you gain experience, skills and knowledge, you advance to the rank of Provisional Supervisor and begin to assume responsibilities for your teammates and Event Administration. As a Supervisor, you pass your expertise onto the next generation of team members and are essential to the success of every GMCS contract.
